All Lumex Print products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of DTF and UV printing, all sales are final once production begins.

DTF Washing & Care Instructions
Customers must follow provided washing and care instructions to maintain print quality. Improper care may result in fading, cracking, or peeling and is not considered a printing defect.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-printed items, including DTF transfers, UV-printed products, apparel, stickers, decals, or branded materials.

Printing Errors
If an order contains a verified printing defect caused by Lumex Print, we will review the issue and, if approved, offer a reprint or credit. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Customer Responsibility
Lumex Print is not responsible for:
– Errors in customer-approved artwork
– Image quality issues caused by low-resolution files unless enhancement services are approved
– Trademark or copyright verification unless explicitly requested

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations and refunds are not available.

Lumex Print reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
