Does Custom Apparel include DTF T-shirt and hoodie printing?
Yes. Custom Apparel includes DTF printing on T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and other garments. DTF is the printing method, while Custom Apparel refers to the finished printed product.
Can I order custom printing directly from the website?
Custom printing services are handled through a quote-based process. Due to variations in artwork, size, quantity, and materials, pricing is provided after review to ensure accuracy and quality.

Can Lumex Print supply the garments or products?

Printing on customer-supplied items is done at the customer’s risk. Lumex Print is not responsible for defects, damage, or issues related to garment quality, material composition, or manufacturing flaws.
Do you sell any products with fixed pricing?
Yes. Our Shop section includes select fixed-price items such as pre-sized DTF transfers, sticker packs, branded merchandise, and ready-to-ship products. Custom services are not sold through direct checkout.
Can I upload my own design or image?

Will printed colors match my screen exactly?
Minor color variations may occur due to differences between screen displays and printing processes. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
